Thank you for shopping with Covered. As a South African online business, we aim to deliver your order efficiently and transparently in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store To Door service.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

While Covered makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or logistics delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Covered is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control once the order has been dispatched.

However, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act, we will take reasonable steps to assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Covered will not be liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the courier to investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
